Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! 
 
Flowbar is inspired by long-distance cycling and the magic of dancing until sunrise, drawing from the fruits and flavors of my homeland, Asia.  


I created these real food bars to provide the perfect on-the-go energy boost that you can feel good about eating every day.  


Far too often, “energy” is the new junk food! Most of the energy bars, gels, and drinks out there are packed with artificial ingredients and sweeteners. That is why I created Flowbar. A real food energy bar made in Chiang Mai, Thailand - a city that is known for its delicious food and the freshest ingredients. Our bars are simple, made with dates, oats, chia seeds, and flavors from whole food sources like mango, coconut and lychee - AND THAT’S IT!   


Eating real, wholesome food is the better way to fuel a life in flow. I am excited for Flowbar to power your next adventure.
